Unbeatable setting, I had very enjoyable time.
The staff was accommodating and fabulous - I would stay here again. Loved Ogunquit, the hotel was upscale close to everything. Booked king room with a safe box, television and a refrigerator.

Loved our beautiful rooms, plus the stuff was courteous. The location was stunning, within walking distance of Perkins Cove Harbor. Moreover, its so close to many buses taking up parking spaces, and beach.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel by the beach with great amenities. Room had a beautiful ocean view and was comfortable. Loved the access to the beach and walking trail along the coast, plus the provided chairs and fire pit made for a cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant on-site, offering delicious food and drinks, as well as nice views.
Although the hotel had great amenities, the service at the upstairs bar was disappointing. Bartender was rude and took a long time to acknowledge guests and take orders. The manager did not address the issue and simply blamed it on a shortage of staff. This made for an uncomfortable experience, especially when other guests became upset and vocal about the poor service.

Beautiful Scenery and Convenient Location The hotel has stunning views of the beach and ocean. The location is also very convenient as it is a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. The hotel provided complimentary drinks upon check-in which was a nice touch.
Uncomfortable Beds and Poor Service The beds were very hard and uncomfortable which made it difficult to sleep. WiFi was terrible and made it frustrating to get any work done or browse the internet. Service was disappointing, as there were not enough staff for the pool and lawn area and issues raised with staff were not addressed.

Overall a pleasant stay because of it's value. Unbeatable location with fantastic view of the ocean. Thanks to the professional staff everything was lovely, including lots ofawesome food. Location short walk to center, the ocean.

Beach hotel in a nice area not far from the beach, local restaurants and shops as well as the Marginal Way. Got spotless room with great view, a very private balcony, extra coffee. Comfortable decoration in the rooms, magnificent location.

Helpful and exceptional staff, it was enjoyable stay.
I liked staying at this hotel and would stay here again. The venue was a nice place for enjoying a downtown area, so close to the Marginal Way and restaurant and Nubble Light. The room was spotless with a nice view as well as a very private balcony, everything was nice. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were an advantage.
