would have liked coffee maker and microwave in room
Charming, beautifully decorated especially the grounds/flowers! First visit to Ogunquit, be it won't be the last.
No coffee Maker in room.
Location, comfort & cleanliness
No coffee availab le in the Towers bldg
what's not to like!
Nice room and bathroom. Towels smelled a little musty.
No coffee or tea available in bldg. Had to walk across the street.
proximity to the village, clean, well maintained
- Courtesy and Service at the front desk and restaurant... - Hot tub - Location - Accommodations - View - Grounds - Actually loved mostly everything...
Kids jumping in and out of the hot tub - range from 5 yrs to 8 yrs. old. There was no supervision from parents. I'm assuming the small tub is for children and the larger for adults....Due to health issues, it use to be children under 12 are not allowed in hot tubs. Seems like the sign was changed to - children allowed with parents supervision...
Desk staff unfriendly. Lack of microwave in room poor wi-fi
Thought we were staying at resort with ocean view. Instead were placed in building across from resort. The room overlooked a parking lot and maintenance bid. Could not use pool or hot tub unless we drove because of cold temps. Very disappointing. We believe we were put in these rooms because we did not book directly through the hotel, as there were plenty of rooms available in the main complex.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The location directly above the ocean is fabulous and there are numerous Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. Marginal Way is right on the property and is about a ten minute walk to Perkins Cove. There are several local restaurants within walking distance right on Shore Road; The Front Porch, five-o, prime and Jackies ii. The crabmeat sandwich & potato chips at Jackies ii in Perkins Cove was $8.95 and was delicious and filling as well. The dinner entrees are very expensive but the food is delicious.
We booked the Anchorage for 4 nights and had to call for room service two of the four days well after noon. The inroom safe had to be cleared by staff members twice while we were there. The whirlpool in the inside pool area is the same temperature as the pool. The outside hottubs were closed for most of the day on Monday. The pool area is furnished with regular cloth covered living room arm chairs which absorb water from bathers. There are no typical pool area lounge chairs or recliners.
I liked the bathroom - the only salvation here.
t was awful; facility was dirty and I would not recommend to anyone; dated furniture, bedwear and refrigerator not working. The rug was absolutely filthy. Very expensive and unimpressive. I travel very frequently and I have not ever seen anything like this.
We enjoyed being in the town of Ogunquit and meeting friends there. Our room was lovely and well equipped.
My husband left his prescription reading glasses, leather case and his book in our room on the bed. We called the next day to ask if they could look for them. The hotel was unable to recover any of the items. This does not reflect well on the staff.
I love the Flagship building. It is nice and quiet. I like the King bed, fireplace and jetted tub
I thought the towels were thin. A more luxurious towel and perhaps robes might take it up a notch. Also would love a small coffee machine in the room. Some premium movie channels on TV would be nice but not a deal breaker.
water view and cleanliness
would be nice to have a coffee and breakfast room
The room was fantastic and the location was spectacular.
